Benjamin has extensive experience working with clients facing addiction (chemical and behavioral), mood disorders (including anxiety & depression), interpersonal issues, grief & loss and adjustment challenges.
Ben focuses on understanding each individual’s challenges in an effort to create a collaboration with clients in achieving their goals. He focuses on approaching each person with unconditional positive regard while also allowing the client’s values to drive the direction of therapy. Therapy focuses on the development of practical coping skills which can be used to address challenges.
